Meet Rick Kartchner!
Rick started his career in 1985 in California, working in Multi – Family and Commercial Real Estate
Migrating to Las Vegas, he turned to home sales helping his numerous clients achieve their dream of home ownership. In an effort to better accommodate and serve his large and growing client base, in the early 90’s he started his own Brokerage. He built his team with top performing agents. Through training and leadership his Real Estate Company was quickly doing over 20 million in sales. Rick has personally listed and sold hundreds of homes and overseen thousands through his agents as a Broker. Because of Consistently saving his clients’ money and getting top dollar for their homes many of these sales were to repeat and referral customers.
With more than 35 years in Real Estate, Rick has enjoyed sharing his vast experience and knowledge of investment real estate and finance with investors, agents and others through seminars and newspaper articles. He currently holds a California and Idaho Real Estate Brokers License.
