We live in an age where anytime we want information, we know we can do a quick Google search to find exactly what we are looking for. Better yet, if we want consistent information, we will download an app that can send us a quick notification when something comes up or we can scroll through all the options
we desire.
Realtor.com, Trulia and Zillow have become favorites in the Real Estate industry built on the idea of giving the power to the average Joe to find just what a Realtor can.
BUT THERE’S A CATCH THEY AREN’T TELLING YOU!
They don’t have the information in Idaho like they have in other states. Idaho is a non-disclosure state, meaning that they can’t publish the prices that houses are sold for! They can’t tell you what the actual price or price per square foot that a house sold for. The market data and quick results that are so heavily relied on in other states by consumers is just not available here in Idaho.
So, what do you do?
