Rick Kartchner’s  background in Development started in California where he was a

partner  in developing over a million square feet of Commercial Retail, Office  and

Industrial properties and the development and funding of several  multi-family projects.

Throughout  his career, in addition to home sales he has been involved in a number  of

Residential Flips and Rentals, Commercial projects, Subdivision and Multi-Family Land

Sales and Funding and Joint Ventures for Development.

He  has represented several corporations in large land acquisitions and  worked with city

officials for corporate relocations and development. He  has worked with Architects, City

Officials, and Contractors to solve  zoning, variances, permits, plans and environmental

issues. Rick has been a  partner in the acquisition and development of residential

subdivisions  and new home sales in Utah, Nevada and Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and is

actively involved in Projects in the Eastern Idaho Region.

Rick  always has his pulse on the market and typically has projects that are keyed up  for

development and/or other opportunities. With this in mind, and to  achieve his objectives,

he is currently seeking investment capital for  equity interest in individual projects. The

Capital requirements vary  based on the project.
